3. How long does it take to open the Franchise ?

• After signing the formal agreement with Esperanza it takes 1-2 months to set and start the entire operations. Our Pre-opening Support Team will guide you through all the steps till an official launch and after that our Post-opening Support team would take over.

4. What would be my initial investment ?

• The initial investment may range between Rs. 6 lacs to 12 lacs depending upon the location, city and the size of the premises.  This investment  would cover the cost of interiors, equipments and startup Franchise Fee.

5. How much space does it take to start an Esperanza Preschool ?

• The space ranges from 1500 Sq.ft to 3000 Sq. ft depending upon the choice of model you select.  The premises should be in a quiet, tranquil and peaceful locality preferably  on the ground floor with an open outdoor area to match which will act as the outdoor play area. It  should also have independent access, attached toilet facilities and should be well ventilated. Preference will be accorded to independent houses with above mentioned minimum facilities.

6. When can I break even ?

• The break-even point varies for each location as it depends on variety of factors such as business performance, initiatives taken by the Franchisee and business potential of the location of the Preschool, but certainly with our world class support system and under ideal conditions it is achievable between 2 to 3 months.

7. How am i going to make the interiors and what materials are required for the school ?

• Our team will visit your location and if found suitable would ask for the lay out plan. Then our interior designers will provide the complete interior designs along with the placement of furniture and other woodwork. We also provide the complete list of equipments and materials required for the preschool along with the vendor list.

8. Do I get help in recruitment and trainings to my staff?

• The H.R. Department of Esperanza  assists the franchisee with recruitment of  the desired staff ( Teachers, Counsellor, Administrator etc)  & we provide  proper guidance & training to them according to our curriculum and methodologies.

9. Does my staff get training only once initially ?

• No, the training is an ongoing process and takes place either monthly or term wise.

10. How are my teachers going to teach ?

• We will provide you the hourwise daily curriculum which would guide your teachers to deal with the students. The curriculum are updated on regular basis and it would be provided to you for every term.

11. What kind of Academic support I can expect ?

• We provide the complete academic support like prospectus, workbooks, rhymes book, scrap book etc  and a proper training to teach according to the specified curriculum

12. What is Automation Software ? Do I have to pay extra to this ?

• Automation software will help you to run your school efficiently. It includes modules like Customer service, Attendance, Activity reports of children and their performance analysis and many more. You will be given a handbook of what the application is all about once you be a part of our franchise family. Yes, Automating your branch is mandatory as it is a standard for a brand like Esperanza. It will cost you a very miniscule amount per annum.

13. Do I get some Marketing Support ?
